Delete Your Data

Revoking access stops any further flow of your Google profile information to us. It takes effect immediately and you can do it yourself, without contacting us:

• Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Find Vardan Soft Pvt Ltd in the list of connected apps.
• Select it, then choose Remove access.

Revoking access does not by itself delete the account we already created for you. To have that removed as well, follow step 2 below.

If you use a Vardan Soft application that offers in-app account deletion, open your account or profile settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. We ask you to confirm because the action cannot be undone. Deletion begins as soon as you confirm.

You can always request deletion by email instead, whichever product you use. Send a message from the email address on your account so that we can verify the request is genuinely yours:

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account holder, we will come back to you rather than delete the account, so that we do not act on someone else's instruction.

When we action a deletion request we remove:

• Your Vardan Soft account and sign-in credentials.
• All Google user data we received about you — your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
• Your profile, settings, and preferences.
• The content and records you created in our applications.
• Analytics and log records that can be linked back to you as an individual.

Deletion removes this data from our production systems within 30 days. Copies held in our encrypted backups are overwritten on our normal backup rotation and are fully purged within a further 90 days. Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.

A small amount of information may survive deletion where the law requires it or where we have a compelling reason that overrides your erasure request. Specifically:

• Invoices, payment records, and tax documents, which we are legally required to retain under Nepali tax and company law.
• Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, for as long as the claim is live.
• Security and abuse records — for example a record that an account was terminated for fraud — kept in a minimised form to protect our service and other users.
• Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

We keep only what is necessary for these purposes, and we delete it once the purpose ends.

Deletion is not your only choice. You can also ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy describes these rights in full. Email vardansoftpvtltd@gmail.com and we will help.
