How Sign in with Google works
Vardan Soft Pvt Ltd operates a single, centralized sign-in service for the applications we build and run. Rather than creating a separate password for each product, you can sign in once with your Google Account and use the same identity across every Vardan Soft app. This page explains exactly what that means for your data.
What happens when you sign in

You choose Sign in with Google
On the login screen of a Vardan Soft app, you select Sign in with Google. Google shows you a consent screen listing exactly what you are about to share with us.

We create your account
With your approval, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google and use them to create or open your Vardan Soft account. We never see your Google password.

You are signed in everywhere
The same account signs you in to every Vardan Soft product you use, so your settings and access follow you without a second registration.
What we request from Google, and why
We request the minimum information needed to sign you in. These are the only three pieces of Google data our applications ask for.
Your email address
userinfo.emailUsed as the unique identifier for your Vardan Soft account, to sign you in, and to send essential service messages such as security alerts and account notices.
Your name and profile picture
userinfo.profileUsed to set up your profile and to show who is currently signed in inside the app. You can change or remove this at any time from your account settings.
Your Google account identifier
openidUsed to securely match your Google Account to your Vardan Soft account so you are returned to the same account every time you sign in.
What we will never do with your data
Vardan Soft Pvt Ltd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We never request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or any other Google service data.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
We never use Google user data for advertising, and we never use it to train AI or machine learning models.
We never transfer your Google user data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

These are the Vardan Soft products that use our centralized Google sign-in today. Any new product we launch will use the same account and the same data practices described on this page.

You can disconnect your Google Account from Vardan Soft at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the data we hold about you.
Revoke our access whenever you like from your Google Account permissions page — we immediately lose the ability to receive your Google profile data.
Request deletion of your Vardan Soft account and associated personal data at any time, free of charge.
